Registration

To participate in the Annual Conference, you have to register via our conference homepage.
Your participation fee consists of (obligatory) conference and catering fees as well as (optional) seminar fees. This year, the following participation fees apply for the DeGEval Annual Conference:

* Proof of current student status is required for the discount.

Separate participation fees are due for participation in a fee-based continuing education seminar:
DeGEval members / students: 125.00 € (Last Chance: 140.00 €)
Non-members: 235.00 € (Last Chance: 260.00 €).

Seminars take place as soon as at least 10 participants register for them. Depending on the seminar, a maximum of 20 - 30 participants are permitted. If the required number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel training seminars.
Places will be allocated according to the number of registrations received.
Registration for participation is binding.
All fees are due immediately upon receipt of invoice.
Passing on your access data to third parties is not permitted.
The registration deadline is Monday, 8 September 2025, 23:59. Registrations will be considered as they are received. Your registration will be confirmed and you will receive an invoice with our bank details.
For cancellations up to Tuesday, 10 September 2025, the processing fee is €40.00. For later cancellations, the full conference fee must be paid.
The conference programme is subject to change.
